second opinion needed!!

just put a new engine in.. going to get it set up and remapped. need second opinion if its safe to potter around for now trying to run it in.. and is it supposed to chatter in its early stages.. cheeRS

it will chatter no matter what as this is the turbo stalling, get it set up sooner rather than later to avoid dissapointment.
