this is the cam in my escort and im after the setings to set the cam timing and cant find any information on them

can some one help please

kent cams dont list the 23k anymore on there website www.kentcams.com try giving em a call

Duration: 275/279
Timing: 30/65 65/34
Cam lift: 6.95/6.88 mm
2500-6800 rpm
For use with hydraulic lifters. Antipumps recommended.
