sierra rear beam / shafts
Hi all.
hope someone can answer my question.
i have just bought a 2.0 sierra rear beam complete. pushin drive shafts.
cause it was cheap. i only need the beam and arms. as im gona fit lsd and new shafts and brakes to it
what i want to know is..
will the lobro shafts / hubs fit into where the tripod shafts /arms came out from...

that i don't know if the beams came from a disc or a drum brake setup. The mounting between beam and bearingcasing may be diffrent. And im remember they where.
But i dont not know for sure sorry.

The push in shafts don't fit the lsd, you will need bolt on shafts for that. The cv joints on the bolt on shafts are thicker and don't fit the arms for the push in shafts. From what I've heard it should be possible to replace the inner cv joints on the push in shaft with the bolt on cv joints to fit the lsd. But I've never done it and have not seen pictures of it being done. But in general the guy who told me did know what he was talking about.
