ford focus tddi loss of power problem
Hi there. I have a ford focus 1.8tddi 90ps. Problem is its not pulling very well, as if the turbo isn't kicking in. when i first set off down my street in the mornings when its cold it goes like a rocket! But by a 1000 yards down to the end of my road its very sluggish, it will do 90 100 on the motorway if you wanted but takes ages to do it. Hills kill it as well. There is no smoke and it returns good mpg and there is know lights on the dash. I have cleaned the EGR but know real difference was noticed. Would be much appreciated if someone could help. Cheers
