Which oil for 4x4 gearbox

Which oil for 4x4 gearbox
What oil should I whack in my gearbox been off the road 6 months for a freshen up.
Transmission - 75w90 ?????
Transfer box - ????
Diffs - ????

I wouldn't use 75W90 in the gearbox, its too thick and will make the gear change very notchy. Ford don't supply the specific MT75 oil any more so I went with Comma MT75 oil for mine. Not had any problems. Transfer box should be ATF, diffs are 75W90 EP gear oil.
