Hi new to the site and all good so far,but my rs is starting to worry me,she's 09 plate 40k n has started to make a fluttering noise on starting up,it can disappear after a few mins n can come back whenever,but hot or cold everytime she's started the noise is there,had it at 2 ford dealers 1 thot possible turbo bearing rubbin on casing but Cldnt determine 100% that was fault,other thot it was exhaust but again not 100%,here's link to video on YouTube any thots or help much appreciated thanks.....http://youtu.be/8YSZdkOlO2s

 

Wired one but I would guess a split diaphragm on the re circulation valve, or symposer valve. You will more than likely get a better diagnosis from a reputable tuner than ford to be honest.

 

Took your advise(don't know how never thot about that)thanks...phoned local tuner SITECH racing and he asked if I could come come,he had an idea as to what it was with just speaking on fone.went down and within 5secs he diagnosed it as loose exhaust manifold...just need to sort out warranty side of things n it's all good 😃😃 thanks again
