Default Focus st headlight help please :)

Hi!
I've got a Focus ST3 and the xenon headlights are moving up and down randomly, I noticed it while sat in traffic. When I start the car they don't come up as they should. The car has sensors underneath which are fine, I disconnected the battery and reconnected it and reprogrammed the module with IDS, it worked ok a few times but then went back to doing its own thing. I think it must be a fault with the levelling control module but can't seem to find it!! Had a look behind the instrument cluster and had the fuse box out and looked behind that but there's no sign of it, I know it's a little black box, I've seen pictures of it online. Has anyone else had this problem or know where I might find the module??
Thanks!! Claire

you need to go back to ford to get them reset because that's what they'll do when you disconnect the battery

but the thing that may be at fault will be attached to the suspension, normally the rear beam somewhere from memory

Opposite corners the leveling sensors I think. Front right rear left. Or front left rear right.

have you tried to unplug the sensors to see if that makes them stop?

on my mondeo i simply fitted a manual adjustable switch to level them up, i know it may not be strictly legal but it hasn't failed an mot in 3 years
