Hi Guys, received f super diagnostic reader today with disc. Disc not working so downloaded software online. ive installed device driver ftdiport and ftdibus and the device manager is now showing usb port com 3. however everytime i bring up the formidable software and select com 3 it says port 3 either doesnt exist or being used? Im running windows 7 and followed steps from another user which he successfully used the software. Any ideas? cheers
