Default l8 ecu no power

Hi guys im powering up my engine loom and I cant seem to get an earth to the ecu or fuel pump relays
I have no sensors plugged in at this time.
If I earth the relays I get full power to all the sensors/fuel pump.

Ive been over wiring and the schematic but nothings jumping out at me

Any help would be great

Pin 10 on the ECU is the ecu 'power relay drive' earth controlled I assume going by BIGTURBO site.

Got no earth output from ecu to ign or fuel pump relays
As said I have continuity checked the loom and all is good but I don't have any sensors plugged into it.
Would this cause the problem?

If your grounding the relay and it's working then clearly there is a problem with it grounding via the ECU (pin 10) as said.

First verify this connection is good as well as checking the ECU itself has a good ground.

Fuel pump relay is pin 28, you should not be grounding this relay, however, when you had power before this should have powered up the ECU?

Remember the pump will only 'prime'.

do the sensors need to be in place for the ecu to do its check before it will allow the pump to be triggered ?

Yes, it will not prime without information from the CPS.

Also the CTS can alter the duration of the prime.
