Default zetec turbo conversion last niggles to sort need a nudge in the rite direction!

Hi gents, this is abit long but hopefully its the last push to get me on the road again so please bare with me; basically as the title states i have a 2 ltr zetec which has been converted to turbo using fiesta rs turbo inlet and exhaust manifolds along with decompression plate. i have put it into my mk5 escort which started out as a 1.8 xr3i.

Im now on the tail end of the conversion and have a few niggles to sort, firstly the engine management-im using a ofab ecu and loom, the problem being the zetec had cam and crank sensor and the ofab loom has just the crank sensor plug so im assuming i still stick it on the crank sensor, problem being i have no spark??

other niggles include the loom has not got a temp sensor plug?? and also no plug for the idle control valve??

Im also at a loss with the vacuum pipes-i have two on the inlet manifold directly under the fuel rail which i have for now joined together with vac pipe, the other is under the throttle body which i have joined onth the fuel rail think its the rite place. i have the map sensor and dont no where to give it a feed from, and lastly what on earth is a amal valve? i have the plug for it but cleuless as to where it goes into the system or if i even need it lol

Any help and advice is very much apreciated i want to get it back on the road and then remap it

right, well the idle valve isnt part of the engine loom on a fiesta turbo so i take it your car loom will have that?map sensor plug will be on the ofab engine loom.dont worry about the boost valve (amal) as most are disconnected on frst's.as for vacuum take off if you run out either tap some more in the inlet or buy a vac distribution block, but keep all sensors that need vacuum on there own line so there not getting wrong readings from each other. hope some of this helps

Thanks, that has put me at ease with the amal valve, as for the idle control valve the plug for it was on my original loom on the fuel rail part but new ofab loom hasnt got the plug which is worrying me, lack of spark being my major concern once i get it running ill sus out the vac pipes i think, etc
