Zetec main bearing issues

Im building a 2.1 zetec turbo just went to put the mains in and there isnt a notch on the block for the center bearing but there is a lug on the new shell. Any ideas chaps?

Ill guess you've got a blacktop block and have got silvertop bearings or vise versa
