Default 2.0 Zetec Black Top Tuning help needed

Hi has anyone experience in tuning the 2.0 litre black top Zetec engine ?
I am running Weber throttle bodies with Omex management and 4 branch manifold, estimated at 160 bhp and I would like to up it to 200+ bhp.
Can anyone recomend a particular head tuner or do you have a head for sale ?
Also, anyone used Williams steel rods and Woosner pistons ?

Many thanks for any replies

I have spoken with Burton, but they just use a local m/c shop to do the work and it takes several weeks.

Hi,

First of all... Wow! you've taken a long time to put your first post on

I've seen williams steel rods and they seem good for the money, wossner pistons are also pretty good! As for a tuner, where in the country are you? there are plenty of people dotted around that can help with your needs. I'd look into better cams and some porting, along with some oversized valves.

don't bother with burton as they charge a fortune

I thought the Williams rods looked good too, just wondered if anyone had used them.
I am in Scotland so struggling for Zetec 'experts' here. I have been recommended Jondel in Northants but anyone used them for Zetecs ?
