i was advised to put engine oil in. mine crunched second when cold, engine oil cured it.

Thanks for the information, i will go for a ATF oil of no specific brand.

2litres dextron 3atf- .55 litre 70/90 w gear oil

ford/tremec/borgwarner says ATF, maybe thats good for std cars/road cars. but on high hp/trackday cars i prefer on good syntetic gear oil! I use the elf oil,tranself synthese fe 75w90.

Cn-racing- that is the reason I mix. smoother re delivery not as harsh on shift. hydrodynamics without the water.
