Is it definatly that wheel? Jack the wheel up and turn it by hand. Also wiggle it side to side and see if the bearing is okay!

hi mate
i'll tell you exactly what that noise is its a build up of dirt and grit that's built up between
the drive shaft and the hub take the wheel off get a small flat head screw driver and some one to turn the disc while you scrape the screwdriver in the gap between the hub and shaft and after a few spins squirt some white grease into it and the noise should go

repeat this every 2/3 months and itll be fine i know its that as it happened to my RS

cleared out the hub and driveshaft and put white grease in there and there wheel bearing seems ok, by the off chance could a slightly warped disc moving the piston or pads on the hub cause the noise, as one my discs is possibly warped slightly as I have a bit of brake pedal judder (ABS isn't fitted to my focus)

Still got.this noise, think I may hav worked out wat it is as it didn't show up on the mot, I think it may be coming from the intermediate bearing where the driveshaft is bolted to the bottom of the car next to the inner cv joint, is the bearing inside the driveshaft itself or separate as gonna change either of them when I hav the clutch done soon

If you suspect the bearing the noise is probily the disc hitting the backing plate when you have the weight on the wheel, its a pressed in bearing

Got no backing plate behind my discs plus its had brand new discs and pads to see if it's goes which means it can only be a bearing

No aint got non that, I asked about the noise at a local garage and he sed it cud be the bearing where driveshaft is supported to the bottom of the body as they've changed loads, it's a mk1 focus as didn't say in the op, noise has been there since just after I bought the car
