In the torrential rain last Thursday my wife had to drive thru massive flood. The car the broke down but started again. But when ever I start it white smoke plumes out the back, when I dip the clutch it vibrates and when idling the judders quite badly. Someone says the Conrod might be bent but not sure! Help cheers

As said you need a compression test kit! More than likely bent a con rod though with those symptoms.

 

Someone mentioned the con rod is that a new engine if it is the con rod? Thanks

 

Take the air box out and check its not flooded with water ,had the same thing a while back after we went through a ford that was depper than we thought ,loads of white smoke no boost and running on three ,stopped dried it all out new air filter all good done about 4k miles in it since ,no issues
