My clever tw*t of a brother has just found out the hard way that his car had no antifreeze in it! He has a fiesta rs turbo with a 2.1zvh fitted. There is no water circulating round the system so I take it the end has snapped off of the water pump.

What pump is fitted to a zvh as I recall it is neither a 1.6 cvh or 2.0 Zetec?

 

cvh 1.6, he may be lucky and swap that and be cool, i did teh same on an frst, no antifreeze starter it heard a weird sound and teh pullly had snapped off, lucky it was still there rattling around so no hassles fixing it

i didnt like cambelts at the time so swapped the engine in an afternoon
