why does my ford transit need diesel bleeding every fifty miles?

but poss air leak check leack off pipes

i cant find any leaks any where, but after driving for 50 or so miles she starts to run rough, so i pull over, bleed the system at the injectors and its fine again.

going off your name i guess its a LDV with a transit in ?? leak off pipes chaffe and filter head seals go are pretty common
