Is there anyway of identifying what the carbs are off? My old man sourced me some that were apparently off a ZX9R, but I'd rather be sure.

Also, do you run standard cams with the carbs or will they work with some fast road spec ones?

i run zx750's on a 1660 xflow with a kent 234 cam, the only way i identified them was by looking at pics on google, type in yours or do an ebay search, if they match then you have your answer. as for the cam, i built my engine with the intention of running bigger carbs, whether they be bike or webbers because i was wanting power, but i know of people running them on standard engines jus to save on fuel. what engine you wanting to run them on?

Fuel consumption isn't really an issue as It's only going to be a weekend toy.
They're going on a 2.0 Zetec in a mk3 Fiesta.
