Default XR2 Zetec conversion

Hi All,

Im putting a 2 litre silver top zetec that i removed from a S reg mondeo into my mk2 fiesta XR2 rally car. Everything is going well but the issue i have is the wiring.
Can some one help/advise/instruct me on how to graft the mondeo engine loom and all the necessary parts into the Xr2 srandard loom.

I know that i need to change the fuel pump, put a swirl pot in and fit a new/seperate fuse box to take extra fuses for ECU wiring.

any help will be much appreciated.

Thanks.

Oh cool, i didnt realise you could fir a XR3i flywheel.

Iv just fould out about a Megajolt management system which im tempted by as id like to map it and be able to set it up well.

Anyone know if this is a good product? It seems very cheap at £195 for a Zetec system.

Make sure the flywheel is from an Efi cvh. Iirc you need to drill them out half a mm. But it was almost 15 yrs ago i did mine.
My 2nd one was 1.8 N/a and i even ran it on xr2i management but was a proper budget banger. Lol
