Default escort fault

hi iv posted loads of faults b4 but hav now been to a garage that replaced the crank sensor but at the same time found my throttle position sensor is constantly at 4.5 volts and they cant get it down... my escort gti is misfiring bad under load so much so that it juders and reallypulls back on me cud this be causing this but then again under load the voltage wud b 4.5 anyway wudnt it cud some 1 give me some advice.. iv also changed maf iddle valve lambda sensor throttle posision sensor which didnt cure the over voltage plugs leads coil pack.. cud it be wiring or ecu ?

if any 1 has same fault wiggle the loom behind manifold and check for idle change or stall also check the wire loom for breaks or chafing right back to the bulk head this means striping the tape off all wires but it will save you money in the long run as iv spent loads on parts and labour to find out a £20 section of the loom would of fixed my problem and found that out myself lol
