Default Ford fiesta Tunning ?

Hi this is my first post to this web-site so i'll say sorry now for sounding like a beginer.
I have recently purchased a ford fiesta 1.4 16v Zetec 02reg for my fiance and my self, main reason being she can't drive yet so I needed a car with cheap insurance that I could insure her on to learn in, to the point.
I was wanting to know what modifycations I could make to it, as its a 1.4 its quite lacking in speed e.t.c is their anything I can do to it to improve its performace to a more acceptable level ? any help would be great.

your really not going to get a decent return in power for money.

As said, get a decent air filter/panel filter, exhaust, maybe lower it a bit to stiffen it up, and sort the handling. Give it a good service with the correct plugs and oil.

It's not going to be a rocket no matter what, so make it look nice, sound good and handle well and be happy, and keep an eye on the oil level, they can drink it and sieze without you realising

Grove Garage is the only one that springs to mind that could do it.

Me done a few of these now. Pretty good conversion. Would have it done same day for £200 - obviously that would be you supplying the parts.
