If my iscv is playing up would it make car kangroo when I drive down road and take my foot off throttle it kangroos its doing my head in iv already got alot to sort out now more thungs wrong

No it wouldnt cause to kasngaroo just irratic idling it sounds to me that you have problem with the tps

tps stands for throttle postion sensor. When these r fattys legged they make the car jump and become very eratic both on throttle and coming off as it is not reding the position of the throttle properly. you may just have a dodgy connection so unplug it give it a good clean and see what happens

Iv change it already with a secound hand one which not sure if that work so im going to brackers tomorrow and get sum of them and iscv and mit even get the vss onee as well mit as well tri them all but none of these have come up on computer when scan so thats why I dnt think there is any think wrong with them

Im so lost on wot to do with car now nak but problems at lest iv bin told head gasket has not gone so wot would make water come back out the bottle its doing my head in that iv got to change the iscv and the vss what a pain im hoping that its not both of them playing up
