Sierra brake help
car is a 1989 1.6 classic
changed front discs an calipers to 4x4 twin cam calipers
put all on
tried to bleed
pumped a few times then pedal hit the floor but now wont stiffin up again?
put old caliper back on and the same
took off an pumped an its not even dripping?
plenty of fluid to an was grand before changing
any ideas

Sounds like you may have damaged the M/C, did you push the pistons back on the new calipers?
Not that it will make any difference but assuming it's a conventional servo have you tried starting the engine to "Re charge the servo" so to speak?

yea tried startin the engine
no difference
anyone got a correct guide on how to bleed them?
im going to try get a M/C now an retry them

If it's a NON ABS model, you can bleed in the conventional "Two man" method, start with the wheel furthest away from the M/C, so in the case of these cars thats the nearside rear, working your way toward the M/C.
i.e. offside rear, nearside front, offside front, leave the cap on, engine dosen't need to be running either.
