If it's a NON ABS model, you can bleed in the conventional "Two man" method, start with the wheel furthest away from the M/C, so in the case of these cars thats the nearside rear, working your way toward the M/C.

i.e. offside rear, nearside front, offside front, leave the cap on, engine dosen't need to be running either.
