Focus gearbox selector shaft seal

Focus gearbox selector shaft seal

Our Focus seems to be leaking from behind the black plastic cover on the front of the gearbox which I believe is probably the gearbox selector.

How difficult a job is it to replace this seal?

its not too bad, hardest thing is getting the old one out
