how long are you running the car for?

is the temp guage showing it running at normal temp?

some cars do just take a bloody age for the heater to actually make a difference. it could be one of a few things. if the running temp of the engine is showing as cool on the temp guage then you could have a sticky thermostat resulting in it taking longer for the coolant to get up to temp.

could even be something as simple as the flap that directs between air from the outside or air blown through the matrix is stuck!

The outlet elbow (TO the heater) can get completely blocked. I seem to remember it's on the manifold. You need to check this, if you still have no flow!

empty your rad and put a good flushing system in there something like holts flush then run it for around 15 minutes and flush it out. Fill it back with part water and part antifreeze and now check if your heating works as the flush sometimes unblocks the pipes going to the heater matrix. If that doesnt work then its likely to be your heater matrix gone.
