ive changed from a diesel to a 90ps mondeo td lump in my mk6 van

its a pain btw the dont bother trying it unless you have an escort td to hand aswell!!

but anyway,

ive used the standard diesel loom and just missed the maf out etc etc, however it now wont start off the key? which is wierd as its same key, same pats, same ecu and same loom! the fuel pump stop solinoid has been bypassed using the ignition switch and the solinoid thats on the front of the pump left unconnected.

it will fire up straight away if you connect the plug by intercooler that runs to starter straight to the battery, but just wont from key.

i noticed with it running that the light under the clock was flashing really fast then did 3 or 4 quick flash pause then 3 or 4 quick flashes again!

can anyone help me on how to get it to start off the key?
