that odd reading will certainly be doing something.
check the top mount is ok and the strut. if suspect (which they are) you're better off replacing both.
goo luck, hope that sorts it.
got any pics of the original damage?

the left block gives the factory figures and tollerances and they were WAY off!
there is still a little toe in on the n/s which could be gotten rid of with more accurate adjustment (assuming the track rod is not bent though that should have been picked up when the tracking was done).
i think the main problem is the camber though which is way off and non adjustible so something is either bent or broken.
i have heard of focus rs hub carriers bending, not sure on the st170 but i guess its a possibility. it will probably be hard to see if its bent unless its cracked.
probably best getting a salvaged strut from a breakers with top mount and swaping it over as thats an easy job and shouldn't cost too much and having the geometry rechecked. if it still isnt right then it must be the hub carrier. cheapest option for that is to get a complete hub/bearing/carrier (also known as knuckle) off ebay or from a breakers. again a simple bolt off, bolt on job but you will need to torke the hub nut upto 316 NM which is REALLY FUCKING TIGHT!!!
good luck sorting it though, well worth getting it fixed!

I've found that life I needed.. It's HERE!!

I struggled to find a tourqe wrench that went up to 316NM when i took the knuckles off the front of my ST170 so i did it to 225 (the limit of my torque wrench) then got a breaker bar and did it SFT (super fucking tight)

Just had a quick scan through your printouts , and even though the camber is out a more serious thing would be the caster , if I am reading correctly , one is at a 1 .53" and the other is at 4.05" that means that one has more than twice the other , and people seem to forget the caster is there to give you self centering steering and stability this in many cases causes as many problems as camber , but I have to say this may well be caused by the same component , some careful measurements could be taken to find out where the problem exists .
