Zetec turbo questions...
just ondering if anyone whos got some knowledge on zetec turbo builds could clar up a few things my mates wants to kno
hes currently building his engine to go in xr2 and will be using ofab loom and management and until we see the zetec turbo inlet article in this months fast ford he was gonna use the frst inlet, hes now changed his mind an wants to know what throttle body and TPS to use with a zetec efi inlet?
any info much appreciated

get the full HO manifold from a mondeo or rs1800.
that's what i'm using in my zetec turbo in my xr2
they only tested the SO manifold in FF, so the HO one must/should flow better and retain good torque due to long inlet runners.

Going by this, the SO appears to have a wider bore one way while the HO is wider the other so maybe the performance difference isnt as great as folk think ?

Back on subject, sure you need to change the fuel rail too
