Default B&W T-5 shift ... ???

Hi .. about quickshifts for the B&W T-5 .. I've heard alot good and bad about it... but what is the opinion about this here and if you should have one ...witch one would be the best ??

Reason for asking is that the org shift is proberly broken and it seems hard to find a new OE one

I run one on T5 dogbox and its very nice to use, I have heard before that you need to be careful running one on a syncro box as the faster changes are likely to wear the syncros faster, no idea if there is any truth in that but it does make sense.
