turbo Identification ???

Default turbo Identification ???

ive just bought this ?? and im kinda thinking ive been ripped of ?? its ment to be
Cosworth T35 Hybrid Turbo
Genuine Garrett unit
Brand new, unused
360 degree thrust bearing
motorsport bearing pack
.48 turbine housing, with enlarged turbine wheel (quick spool up no lag!)
T35 bearing housing, seal plate and compressor cover, reprofiled with enlarged T4 compressor wheel
Full motorsport balance
-31 collins actuator

but its got a diffrent compersser cover on ?? T04B which is ringing bells

seems to be right to me.
basically a t34/35 is a t3 turbo with a bigger t4 compressor wheel and housing fitted in essence.

yeh i get that ... but the wheel dont seem big anuff or the inlet sum one said to mee that it looks like a diesel compressor housing and thats wat got me worried

Rubbish,
A T34/35(same thing) is as used on the BT escort, it is much smaller than a T4 compressor.
Just ring a turbo place like turbocentre 01924 404112, ask for andy or craig, and quote the numbers on the tag.
I have a super hybrid T334, a T3 compressor housing machined out and fitted with a T34 inducer wheel, even less lag than a T34, saves about 300rpm needed for start and full boost.

hi mate i tired them at there 1st thay didnt seem very helpful to be fair thay kept sayin that u didnt buy it from us when i tryd to expain lmao

may i caught them on a bad day or sumthing
any way i left bad feed back on the bloke his ebay i got it off and said id call when im up that way again
and he soon foned me up saying wat was i on about then said he gave me the wrong turbo and that id got a better one sum shit about wrc spec t4/t35 and sumthing about a snail at the bak lmao
as u can tell it went right over meee head lol

think i can get me money bak of him if i want ..

what do you reckon i sould do risk it on me car or try get my money back and look for another t34 .. a real one this time
i paid £430 this one do u think its worth it ???
