Default Coolant Route YB..........

Just need some clarification on where the Coolant travels around a YB Engine ?

I have a RS500 Engine (YBD Small Core) - it has the 4WD Thermostat housing......

The bits I'm interested in is the outlet from the Water Pump - thinks it's just the one outlet at 7-8 o'clock ? Where's that supposed to go ????

And the two outlets from the Thermostat housing........

I would like to feed my Turbo with one, the smaller one at the top back that points towards 9 o'clock. Would this be OK ?

The larger outlet faces forward from a 90degree elbow and I'd like to send this round to the Inlet at the back right hand corner of the Block. Again, would this be OK ?

Many thanks..........

Hi the hose on the left as youre looking under the bonnet goes to youre radiator one off the waterpump if you have fitted a 4x4 pump joins with a small modine pipe to housing one small outlet goes to header tank the best thing for water from turbo would be fit a turbo cooler.

I have 3 Ports on my Header Tank..........

1) Swirl Pot back to Header Tank Size -6

2) Turbo Cooler back to Header Tank Size -6

3) Header Tank to Radiator Bottom Hose Size -10

So, guessing I can "Blank Off" the outlet from the Water Pump ?

Does that sound right ?
