I'm not aware of exactly what differences you have, but for single speed, just bypass any resistor, if the temp switch switches in 12v direct, it's only the resistor that slows the speed.
If necessary it might be easier just to rewire the fans with a normal circuit, esp if sierra system is old wiring, then you just need to "trip" for the relay, full voltage = full speed.

In theory you shoulden't have been able to use the Sierra fan loom as the Escos has a four pin rad switch opposed to the Sierras two so the connector would not fit (Unless you are using the Sierra rad switch)
The single speed mod is quite a popular mod with Escos owners, you need the fan switch from MSD (£15) this will bring the fans on full speed at around 93 degrees, where as this is around the temp the Escos slow speed runs, IIRC the high speed does not activate till around 100 degrees hence why owner's change it.
As said you then want to rewire as it was substandard when new, there is plenty of info including diagrams etc if you do a search on here, this should sort you out, hope this helps re your PM.
