ford fester engine swap

I know its a bit old hat but i have a mk2 fester ohv and am going to put a cvh from a mk3 escort in it do i have to change any engine mounts. i dont really want to cause i am on the rock & roll and money is well tight any suggestions would b helpful thanks

Yes I should think the mounts are different, although other Fiestas were CVH but not sure what was different.

We had too change the cradle and rubber mounts for the gearbox had too use the ohv cradle on the cvh.

the engine mount slightly different also but you can still make it fit

if your using the 5speed box aswell like fogul says need to change the cradle and mounts from 4speed onto 5speed and change the linkages also the 5speed linkage is longer
