Default Loosing acceleration in saphire 4x4

Lately car seems to be not pulling as well as before. The boost is still holding at a steady level (around 0.9 bar ) but is just taking longer to reach it. Also seem to be using up water in coolant system but cant see any obvious leaks and oil isnt creamy. The car itself has a stage one chip, exhaust, air filter and the actuater is not standard but i am unsure of the exact specs as i never fitted it, all i could tell you is that it is blue!!

Would be greatfull for any sugestions thanks!

when h/g goes it DOESN'T always have to cause the oil and water to mix go and get it pressure tested @ a garage to make sure that it's NOT a leaking water pipe or rad etc! regarding the actuator it could be any type @ a guess! check to make sure none of the boost pipe are loose or split failing that it could be head gasket!

when my 2wd saff coolant was disapering i found that it was the h/g leaking water down the back of the engine block drivers side when the engine was cold it was visable but when it was worm it was bone dry. to have the h/g replaced it cost me £250 to have it fitted but i bought the parts, complete group a head set plus valve stem seals from pj motor sport which was quite exspesive in total it was just over £400.
