Default FRST Recaros

Bought a set of recaros for my mk3 fiesta but it looks like the previous owner of the seats persuaded them to fit into a different type of car as the metal frame underneath the seat that bolts to the floor pan of the car resembles meccano! Any ideas? can i make the original fiesta seat frame fit the recaros or am i better getting something else?

I'd say your best bet would be to whip the passenger seat out of your car and try the subframe on one of your recaros if it fits your onto a winner if it dont you should atleast be able to see what needs adapting to make it fit.

It looks like they would have to be welded to make them accept the original fiesta sub frames so by chance i found a set of the other type recaros [ si interior i thinks] later that day. They fitted in minutes and are perfect! but i could'nt leave the frst ones to waste so i mounted them onto a big metal frames and have them as chairs in my house now!
