Default steering issue, urgent help needed!!

hi people, i posted earlier in the week about my steering system leaking.

I have had a good look and have noticed the feed and return from the power steering header tank where it connects the steering rack is at fault, they both seem to wobble in the block where the copper pipes go into the steering rack. Is it the plate that clamps them on at fault? or is it the pipes themselves? i notice the pipes simply push into the block on the steering rack then a plate over the top that clamps them in place, yet even when tightened up they still wobble.
any help would be much appreciated
