i think its

sump
oil pickup pipe
water pump as they rotate the opposite way on the 2l (might be a case of swapping over all your anciliaries onto the 2l i cant remember)
1.6 or 1.8 flywheel and clutch.
then you'll need the modeo ecu, one of a couple of codes and a fairly simple rewire of the connector.

if you go onto www.feoc-uk.com i think theres a how to on there. if not theres a few people on there who have done this conversion a few times.

seriously mate i'd go 2l!

135 bhp for the same money as buying cams and throttle body (if you look around) and more torque than the 1.8. then you;ve got the increased modability of the 2l as 4-2-1 manifold, decat, cat back and pannel filter should see upto 150 bhp.

yes you will have to use the 1.6 flywheel and clutch and you can keep your box.

you might have to use the 2l exhaust manifold. i hink you need the 2l inlet manifold aswell.

get yourself onto feoc, they will help you every step.
