Default fault code please help! DTC3 C1233 after st170 brake conversion

HI'-i recently had st170 brakes conversion on front of my 2.0 esp 2002 mk1.5, i bought st170 hubs/knuckles, calipers used & st discs/brakes. as soon after fitting ,when setting off after 5-10 yards it makes a grinding noise &both abs/esp light comes & stays on & soon as you pick speed up grinding stops but lights stays onbearing in mind esp light flashes whilst grinding. now i had on one guys computer but showed no fault but went elsewhere (ex- lsuk technician) (only on left side) & showed:
DTC3 C1233
Speed wheel LF input signal missing
speed pulse LF reading double
LF =70
RF= 35
RR=35
LR=35

i'm really confused! . so please all you technical genuises please help
btw. new sensors were fitted ,bought from fiesta centre. also new skf bearing was also fitted but no change. yunii

Just checked on ETIS and the ST170 setup uses a magnetic pick up ring on the inner side of the bearing. If the ESP/ABS lights are on in motion i would suspect a dodgy or incorrectly installed bearing and or damage to the wheel sensor. You'll need to get this checked and get back to garage if its found that they are at fault.

had similar once on my brothers little clio, fitted a replacement hub and shaft from the scrappy and it sent the speedo and abs nuts, turned out the new driveshaft had nearly double the amount of pickup teeth for the road speed and abs sensor, renault must have changed the design mid production
may be something similar?

Cool

ok.what me & mate (ford mechanic) did was take the st170 hub knuckle ,caliper off & fitted the stock caliper hub/knuckle on fault side to see what happens,(we knew that the sensors were brand new & bearing was also.) also the stock brake set up was faultless .when putting the 2 hubs together to compare noted the bearing on st hub was not alligned properly as you can see about 1mm+ gap & damage on magnetic ring so we knew this has to be the problem.after fitting stock hub,caliper setup on fault showing side it illeminated the problem meaning its the bearing due to larger gap reading higher pulse & picking up fault & going into fault mode.so at the moment i've got st brakes on side & on other side is stock.as not using car much or long ditance,should be ok until mate takes hub,new bearing at work (fords) on press in & fit all on car later that evening. Lets hope this is the end of this headache. Thanks all. I'll give update when fully complete & operative. looks like the guy un-professionally hammered in slightly on an angle. Yunii
