Hi all, I'm new to the site and i'm in need of help.
I've a problem with my car. I think i've blown my turbo as its smoking white smoke. I've done a compression check and the head gasket/piston rings are fine. I believe the oil seals have gone in the turbo and i don't want to replace it until i know why it blew as it was a new turbo.
I'm confident its the way the breather system is set up. My car is running a ZVH setup with a T3 turbo conversion and i seem to have a load of blocked off breather pipes. I've checked all the pipes and they are clear of obstructions.
Here's the way my breather oil breather is currently setup.

Here's the way my breather oil breather is currently setup.
- One pipe with a one way return valve that goes to the cylinder head.
- I've another that goes to the rocker cover
- The other side of the rocker cover has a crank case breather kit.
- Another pipe off the oil breather is currently blanked off
- The final pipe connects the sump to the oil breather.
