Default Help!! Fiesta rs turbo breather system

Hi all, I'm new to the site and i'm in need of help.

I've a problem with my car. I think i've blown my turbo as its smoking white smoke. I've done a compression check and the head gasket/piston rings are fine. I believe the oil seals have gone in the turbo and i don't want to replace it until i know why it blew as it was a new turbo.

I'm confident its the way the breather system is set up. My car is running a ZVH setup with a T3 turbo conversion and i seem to have a load of blocked off breather pipes. I've checked all the pipes and they are clear of obstructions.

Here's the way my breather oil breather is currently setup.
  • One pipe with a one way return valve that goes to the cylinder head.
  • I've another that goes to the rocker cover
  • The other side of the rocker cover has a crank case breather kit.
  • Another pipe off the oil breather is currently blanked off
  • The final pipe connects the sump to the oil breather.
Can anyone tell me if this is correct.
