Default Where should I find

The wire that controls the central lucks?

I need to install an alarm system and have to find the control wire and wire that up to the alarm!
On my cossie it's only the drivers door that can open/close (with the key) the lucks!

But it would be great if the control wire also was under the dash board , where is it???

Cheers Kennert

Close, theres 2 wires behind the r/h side kick panel on UK(rhd) models but since your main c/l motor is in the drivers door (lhd) i would presume that the wires come from there and will be behind the kick panel on that side, i can't remember the colour at the minute but there is definately 2 and 1 is to lock and the other to unlock

Hi THANKS Poul

I was affraid that the master switch or whatever it's called was in the drivers door because it's only possible to use the key or inside botton on the door to open/close the lucks.

Thanks m8

If there's only 2 wires coming out of your master, you might need to change it for a motor that can accept an incoming signal to lock/unlock it by remote. I've had this on previous clifford installs where the C/L would only work with the key. I think the new motor had 5 wires. (probably power/earth/incoming remote/lock out/unlock out)
