Just swapped my standard turbo back for a stage 2 turbo technics hybrid with -31 actuator, had it out being careful I put foot down in 3rd is goes to 14-16psi which seemed ok but in 5th it nearly hits 20 psi so backed off as I dont want to damage engine! Engine has been rebuilt and will easily handle 14 psi where I want it to be but now its changed can I adjust actuator? Or do I need boost control? Have a bleed valve this do anything? Hope someone can help it in for tuning tomorrow and dont want to drive it threw like this

 

Actuator or bleed valve needs adjusting by the sounds of it.
