Hello, I am having problems with my Mondeo and am lost to the cause.

It is white smoking but only on higher revs and fuel starving/ running rough when I try to give it some beans, it wont rev any higher than about 4000revs when its hot, its like its bucking. It does seem to be drinking oil. Its been on the computer but no faults where found, it has also been compression tested. there is no oil mixing with the water either. It has had a new manifold, rad flush, oil flush, and injector flush. I am lost with what the problem/s could be.
