Default zetec engine conversion help!!!

hello everyone at passionford, i am in need of help as i cant fix my bloody car!!!
im currently installing a 2.0 zetec (silvertop) into a mk4 escort, running a 32/36 dgv twin choke carb, everything else is completely standard.

at the moment all i seem to be getting is like an entire engine misfire,
rev it up its the same, and introduce more fuel, its the same
ive pulled off all the leads to see if its one cylinder but no single one makes any noticeable difference.
ive changed the leads, changed the plugs, changed the coil pack
ive double checked the timing
ive checked my intake manifold for air leaks
checked the crank shaft sensor/plug are all working correctly fitted.
doubled up the earth and live for the esc ignition module
ive let it get warm incase it could be followers sticky or anything

the only thing i havent done is a compression test but i drove the engine in the donor car for a good 30-40 miles hard drive and it was spot on, as its done is sat about for a little while

also i have done this conversion before into a mk2 fiesta exactly same engine and set up so i know it all works and works very well, but i just cant get rid of this weird engine misfire/lumpiness

if anyone has any ideas please let me know as im getting pretty desperate thanks again!!!
