I thought the flywheel bolts are offset so it will only bolt on 1 way

they will only bolt one way. the missing tooth sits at 90 befor tdc as its a 36-1 trigure wheel on fiesta turbo engines(flywheel) there is a tooth every 10 degrees so your missing tooth will be 9 teeth btdc iirc

i have my megasquirtset for tooth number 1 being at 80degrees after TDC.
same as everyone else with a ford efi setup.

so 90 degrees for the missing tooth would be right.
