Think gearbox is f**ked on my car. Just driving out of my avenue going through the gears then next thing just couldn't get it into gear at all. Pulled over and the gear lever is just floppy (pardon the phrasing) when I try to put it in gear. Won't go into any gear at all. When I try to put it in gear the lever just bounces back to nutral.

I lifted up the plastic gear box surround to see if I could see anything. And to the right hand side the part connecting the gear box to the gear shaft or arm or linkage (or what ever it is called - sorry to seem dumb but I am not very knowledgeabe on mechanical issue lol)

Any help/advice would be very much appreciated. Car has done over 90k and as far as I know is still on the original box so any other problems to be aware of?
