Zetec Turbo

I'm building a 2L zetec turbo and am not sure on the which head bolts to use I only want to run about 1 bar boost are the standard head bolts ok to use or will i need uprated ones.

thanks for the reply - are there any uprated ones that I can use as I don't want to push the standard ones to the limit?

do you know what the maxium boost the standard ford ones are safe to run?
