Default mk7 scort 1.6 questions

Hi all,

Im new here so first off all hello to everyone.

I've just bought my new scort (will post some pics when I can) and I have a few questions if anyone can help I would appreciate it as I've never really done stuff to my previous cars but want to try and make this a work in progress.

It's a 1998 (s) 1.6 Finesse, now for the questions:

1. What sort/model k&n induction kit do I need, how much and where is it best to get them from.
2. Are those blue tinted headlight bulbs illegal or am I going home via Halfords tonight to get some.
3. What are the biggest wheels that will just drop straight on to it.
4. Does anyone know off the top of there head what size the wipers are front & back as the standard ones are *censored* and I have no idea what I should be buying.

Thanks in advance guy's/girls, I checked out the members car thread and there are some nice rides you have.

p.s. If you still post here danRSturbo, how the fook are you son and how's the turbs.

Bonjour, and welcome to the forum my friend

1) I think you can only get the bolt on filter for yours, unless it's got an injection system ??
2) The halogen one's are road legal I think m8
3) 16's will go on fine without any problems m8, 17"'s could cause some rubbing on full lock
4) As for the wipers m8, there should be a guide thingy in Halfords with regards to the sizes and stuff, not sure off the top of my head m8

As for the general, he's fine m8, I'll hopefully take you out for a spin at the weekend

P.S. I think you'll be even more impressed then last time
