Default rs petrol problems

hi folks i have started to do a rs cabby conversion and i my having problems getting petrol up to the engine. it is coming up to and out of the return in the meter head but is not coming out of any of the injector ports. the haynes manual shows an over voltage protection device but i cant seem to locate this in the wiring loom. would any body have any idea for what is wrong

Have you defo got the correct fueling ecu?

yea even have a spare one but makes no diference. have changed the meter head and still no success.

Hmmm.... i know if the colours dont match up theres a problem with fuel pressure... sorry mate cant help ya.

cheers any way fuel pressure is good but i only seem to be getting about 5 volts at the pressure actuator plug and i dont know if this is correct
